INSANITY fitness classes in Boca Raton will take your training to the next level. Concerned with your progress? Looking for that extra push to blast through your plateau? Here are the top 5 reasons why INSANITY is your best choice for the body you deserve.

#1: MAX INTERVAL TRAINING is the future of fitness. Heralded by bodybuilders for decades, it has dropped onto the cardio scene in the form of INSANITY. Supercharge your body with periods of all-out effort and brief rest periods. This maximizes your post workout caloric burn, increasing total fat burned throughout each day.

#2: EXCITING! Great music, great energy, the INSANITY group fitness classes will get you fired up to get in shape. Tired of the same old treadmill and spinning class? Try new exercises, new combinations and a group of motivated individuals that never quit until the last rep.

#3: TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A great workout program focuses on each muscle group. INSANITY group exercise ensures that your entire body receives the attention it needs to improve. Classic cardio conditioning targets the lower body primarily, while INSANITY will ravage you top to bottom for max results!

#4: GET IN, GET OUT: Who wants to spend two hours in a gym? If you aren't running a marathon, it means you are wasting your time. INSANITY fitness classes range from 30 to 50 minutes keeping your workouts short while kicking your fat to the curb.

#5: CUTTING EDGE: New to South Florida, INSANITY fitness classes in Boca Raton are only at IntensityX3. 4 Tips on How to Fit Healthy Eating into Your Busy Life.

Lets face it, working 8 hours a day is just the tip of the iceberg. We are constantly bombarded with "things to do" and if you do the math, you probably work many more hours per day then you care to admit. If you work crazy hours and barely have time to prepare food, these 4 tips will help get you on track.

1. Master the art of grocery store navigation. When you arrive at the grocery store, chances are you are in a rush, hungry and in a hurry to get it over with. Before you realize, you find yourself in one of many aisles, filling up your cart with as many fast food convenience meals as possible. Stop! Go back! The best thing to do is stick to the perimeter of the store. This is where you will find the healthiest choices like fruits, roots, vegetables, and lean meats. Don't get sucked into the convenience of microwaving your meals. Preparing your own food is a must when you're on the path to health. Fear not, my friends!

2. Cook on Sunday. Hard boil 12 eggs, bake 6 chicken breasts, chop veggies and lettuce for 1 huge salad, and bake 6 sweet potatoes; you'll have a great meal on Sunday and enjoy the leftovers for the next few days. By cooking many things at once you actually end up saving a lot of time and energy. Of course you will have to get over of the idea of eating something different every night of the week. If you need to eat something different every meal, consider the fact that you may be relying too heavily on food for pleasure versus food for fuel.

3. Pack your snacks for the day. It's easy to be so busy that you forget to eat. By the time you remember, there's nothing to eat other than the burger from the local fast food chain that you just so happen to be driving past at the exact moment you realized you skipped both breakfast and lunch. Do yourself a favor and take 5 minutes (yes, it only takes 5 minutes) to portion out a few snacks for the day. Nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies and even left over chicken or steak will make a great snack.

4. Keep a reusable water bottle. Busy people are chronically dehydrated. They almost always forget to drink water. Do yourself a favor and pick up a reusable water bottle that can hold at least a half day's worth of water. Fill it up the night before and make sure to not forget it on the counter! Voila! Instant hydration.

The Power Of P90X

You may have heard about P90X being offered in Boca Raton, you may even know someone who has gone through the program, but do you know what it really is and why it works better than any other program out there? Probably not; so let me break it down for you.

First, P90X is the worlds #1 in-home fitness program that has recently been introduced into gyms, which means you are going to get even greater results with the use of gym equipment and the motivation of a trainer. Second, the true secret of how P90X works: Muscle Confusion. P90X uses targeted training phases so your body keeps adapting and growing. You'll never "plateau"—which means your body will never get used to the routines, making improvements slow down or even stop. The program consists of a variety of workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga, along with a nutrition plan, fitness guide and workout calendar. The combination of these workouts is what really makes P90X the best, most well rounded program out there. Some programs focus on only one component, and that's all well and good, but they lack in other areas. For example, doing only yoga 5 days a week does not incorporate strength, cardiovascular conditioning or power training, which is essential for building lean muscle and increasing bone density. Focusing on this type of variety ensures improvements in every component of fitness.

When deciding on your personal fitness program, knowledge is power. The most important thing is not to wait. Your body was designed to move, to use the muscles, to physically excel. Select a program that gives you an advantage, a program that challenges you to be your best, a program that was scientifically developed and tested to guarantee results. Select P90X Group Fitness in Boca Raton.
